09:55 AM EST - Bunker Hill Mining Corp. : And Silver47 Exploration Corp. announced that they have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement dated August 20, pursuant to which Bunker Hill has agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Silver47 by way of a plan of arrangement. Concurrent with the Transaction, the combined company will seek a name change to “Bunker Hill Silver Corp.” and remain listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Bunker Hill Mining Corp.
