10:28 AM EST - First Majestic Silver Corp. : And Sierra Madre Gold and Silver Ltd. announced that, pursuant to the share purchase agreement dated December 17, 2025 between Sierra Madre and First Majestic, Sierra Madre has completed its previously announced acquisition of First Majestic Del Toro, S.A. de C.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Majestic incorporated under the laws of Mexico that holds a 100% interest in the Del Toro Silver Mine. First Majestic Silver Corp.
