Ingram Micro Tallies on AI Apps Status

Ingram Micro Holding Corporation (NYSE: INGM) today announced it has achieved the AI Apps on Microsoft Azure Specialization, further validating the company’s advanced capabilities in designing, developing, and delivering AI powered solutions using Microsoft Azure AI, App, and Data services.

“As a leading global distributor,” reads this morning’s news release, “Ingram Micro continues to demonstrate its commitment to delivering Frontier AI services and supporting Microsoft channel partners as they move from AI exploration to AI execution across cloud, security, and services. Combined with the recently achieved Frontier Distributor designation, this next milestone reflects Ingram Micro’s continued focus on AI innovation, partner enablement, and operational excellence.”

By passing a rigorous third party audit, Ingram Micro gains access to expanded Microsoft Azure Accelerate funding categories for AI apps, agents, and developer focused pre sales assessments and deployments. This enables Ingram Micro to further support channel partners in delivering AI application projects and accelerating customer outcomes.

“This latest achievement reinforces our strategy: Keep our channel partners at the heart of everything we do and continue to invest and innovate ahead of the market so we can grow stronger together and use the power of AI,” said CEO Paul Bay. “The AI Apps on Microsoft Azure Specialization further validates our differentiated investments in advanced services and strengthens our ability to help channel partners design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft AI, App, and Data platforms to deliver the right customer outcomes.”

INGM shares gathered 16 cents to $28.07.
