Three Income Stocks for Value Investors

Investors ready to pivot their portfolio from growth to dividend-paying value stocks have three income stocks to consider.

VICI Properties (VICI) reported Q2 FFO of $0.62. Revenue increased by 7.0% Y/Y to $1.07 billion. The firm hiked its AFFO guidance for FY 20206 to up to $2.705 billion. The Board authorized a stock buyback of up to $2.0 billion.

VICI’s generous yield of around 7.5% is high because markets are bearish on the casino and entertainment property business. The Las Vegas Strip faced falling visitors as Canadians avoid travel to the U.S.

After T-Mobile (TMUS) entered a yearlong downtrend, the sentiment potentially improved. On Oct. 28, the telecom firm posted $3.22 a share in earnings (non-GAAP). Revenue rose by 7.4% Y/Y to $23.58 billion. ARPA (average postpaid revenue per account) rose by 4% Y/Y to $155.73.

CEO Srinivasan Gopalan said that the firm will not enter a partnership with SpaceX (SPCX). The CEO said on the conference call that “I see no room for an MVNO with SpaceX either on the consumer side or on the Physical and Edge AI side.”

TMUS stock pays a dividend of $4.68 a share.

The third income stock to consider is between Ford Motor (F) and Hershey (HSY). Since inflation hurts demand for the auto sector, look at HSY stock instead. In Q3, Hershey posted revenue of $3.28 billion (+3.1% Y/Y). It is forecasting net sales growth of around 5%.
