Watch SpaceX (SPCX) today. The stock gained over 8% in after-hours trading after posting third-quarter results.

SpaceX reported $14.6 billion in revenue (+161% Y/Y). The Q3 GAAP EPS of $0.35 beat expectations. The firm attributed its revenue growth to its AI (now called SI) and Connectivity divisions. Revenue from the Space unit grew by 84% Q/Q and by 6% Y/Y to $1.8 billion.

SpaceX’s comparable companies for consideration include AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) and Globalstar (GSAT). Planet Labs (PL) and Rocket Labs (RKLB) are comparable to SpaceX’s satellite segment.

In the communications sector, Netflix (NFLX) will open at a new 52-week low. Shares traded down by 5.8% last night after posting Q3 results. It earned $0.87 a share. However, revenue growth of 11.8% Y/Y to $12.87 billion is at the slowest rate in three years.

For Q4, Netflix is forecasting revenue of $51.1 billion (13% Y/Y). That is 0.2% below its prior midpoint.

NFLX stock is in deep value territory. It trades at a P/E of around 20 times. Operating margin is healthy at 31%.
