After Dell Technologies (DELL) and SMCI rewarded investors, investors finally recognized Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). HPE stock rose to a 52-week high after adding 7.36% on Oct. 2.
HPE announced that it won an order worth $1.2 billion for AMD Helios AI racks. Investors are also confident that its Juniper acquisition will deliver synergies. That would lift its profit margins. HPE stock now trades at a slight premium at a forward P/E of 18.1 times. It offers investors growth, profitability, and stock momentum.
Despite the rocket and satellite business being a small portion of its valuation, SpaceX (SPCX) broke out of the $150 resistance level last Friday. SPCX added 7.35% to close near $159. It met two launch milestones. First, Google (GOOG) and Planet Labs (PL) launched a prototype AI satellite on a SpaceX rocket. Secondly, the firm sent four astronauts toward the International Space Station.
Teradyne (TER) broke out last week, rising from the $400 level to close at $449.04. Trading at a 49.4x forward P/E, the firm offers investors a diverse business. Its core business is high-performance test and measurement solutions (80% is from semiconductors). 10% of its revenue comes from the robotics business, while 10% comes from product testing.
The rising AI build-out will continue to boost Teradyne’s growth rate.
