Water—everyone needs it, but not everyone has access to clean water, even in developed countries. That’s why water infrastructure is a critical part of any country’s modernization and this company is applying its expertise to upgrade municipal water facilities.
H2O Innovation Inc. (TSX Venture: HEO) was awarded six new capital equipment projects and reached substantial completion on six others. These new contracts have a total value of $4.8 million.
H20 will supply a containerized water treatment system for a customer in Canada producing renewable ethanol on the first project, treating surface water from the St-Lawrence River using a multi-unit treatment process. The company will also supply two containerized water treatment systems for workers camps in the province of Quebec, using nanofiltration technology to treat surface water.
Shares were up 3% in late-morning trade to $2.38.
