Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at a price of $1.50 per Common Share for a period of two years from the closing date of the Offering. Blackrock Silver Corp.
