Based on preliminary financial information, and subject to year-end closing adjustments, PyroGenesis expects revenue for the fourth quarter 2024 will be at least $4 million, resulting in total revenues for the fiscal year ending 2024 of at least $15 million, as compared to $3.03 million (for Q4 2023) and $12.3 million (FY 2023), respectively, representing at least a 22% increase in revenue year over year (and at least a 32% increase in quarterly revenue compared to Q4 2023).
