Pursuant to the upsize, the Company will be issuing Common Shares at a price of $1.90 per Common Share, of which $10,000,000 will be under the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption and $7,000,000 by way of a private placement to accredited investors, resulting in aggregate gross proceeds of $17,000,000.
