09:47 AM EST - Africa Oil Corp. : Announced that leading proxy advisory firms Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. and Glass Lewis & Co have recommended that Africa Oil shareholders vote "FOR" the resolution to approve the issuance of Common Shares to BTG Pactual Oil & Gas S.à r.l. in connection with the amalgamation of Africa Oil Papa Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Africa Oil, and BTG Pactual Holding S.à r.l. This is for the purpose of consolidating 100% ownership of Prime Oil & Gas Coöperatief U.A. in Africa Oil. Africa Oil Corp.
