The Meeting has been called in response to a requisition for a shareholders’ meeting submitted by Riot Platforms, Inc. on June 24. Through the Requisition, Riot is attempting to (i) disrupt the strategic alternatives review process which the Company commenced to thoroughly evaluate all opportunities to maximize shareholder value and (ii) opportunistically acquire the Company.
