The Company now proposes to issue up to 9,230,769 units at $0.325 per Unit for total gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one transferable common share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.50 per Share for a period of three years from the closing date of the Private Placement.
