09:11 AM EST - Stallion Gold Corp. : Announced it has signed a share purchase agreement dated January 11, 2022 among the Company, Hathor Exploration Ltd. and the shareholders of Hathor to acquire all of the issued and outstanding securities of Hathor. In consideration for the Transaction and pursuant to the terms of the Definitive Agreement, and on closing thereof, the Company will pay the shareholders of Hathor the sum of $400,000. Stallion Gold Corp.
