The Company now intends to raise gross proceeds of up to $4 million through the issuance of 33,333,334 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.12 per Unit. Each Unit shall consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of $0.18 for a period of 12 months from the date of grant.
