At the market open in Toronto, the TSX Composite Index climbed 0.50%. The TSX Venture and the TSX Smallcap also increased. The TSX Venture rose 0.58%, while the Smallcap was up by 0.32%.

K92 Mining (TSX:KNT): Climbed 5.48% or 0.49 points to 9.43.
Energy Fuels Inc (TSX:EFR): Rose 5.64% or 0.510 points to 9.550.
Top Losers:
Equinox Gold (TSX:EQX): Dropped 8.05% or 0.65 points to 7.42.
Innergex (TSX:INE) Renewable Energy: Fell 1.09% or 0.11 points to 10.02.
Capstone Mining (TSX:CS): Declined 1.75% or 0.19 points to 10.41.
In Commodities Trading:
- December Brent Oil Contract climbed by 0.28% or 0.21 points to 74.43 a barrel.
- Crude Oil for November delivery rose 0.34 points to 70.73 a barrel.
- Gold Futures for December delivery increased 12.80 points to 2,704.10 a troy ounce.
Currency Markets:
- USD/CAD is at 1.3779.
- EUR/CAD is at 1.4926.
- The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.14% at 103.540.
