12:27 PM EST - Home Capital Group Inc. : Announced today the preliminary results of its Substantial Issuer Bid to repurchase for cancellation up to $150,000,000 of its common shares. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Offer and based on a preliminary count by Computershare Investor Services Inc. Home Capital expects to take up and purchase for cancellation 4,392,386 Shares at a purchase price of $34.15 per Share. The Shares expected to be purchased under the Offer represent approximately 7.66% of the Shares issued and outstanding (undiluted) as at January 10, 2020. After giving effect to the Offer, 52,953,160 Shares are expected to be issued and outstanding. Home Capital Group Inc.
