A World Class Cannabis Research Organization, Now Current PINK, Looks to RETURN Fully Reporting
TUCSON, AZ / ACCESSWIRE / January 24, 2017 / WEED Inc. (OTC PINK: BUDZ) (the "Company" or "WEED"), fka United Mines, Inc., a current non-reporting company, announces its goals for 2017. WEED intends to become a vertically integrated holding company in the "seed to sale" cannabis business through mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. (Once removed from Schedule 1 and Schedule II) WEED will work with its own contracted World Class respected master growers, botanists, and horticulturalists, some with decades of working knowledge with seed cultivation, cross breeding, genetic testing, pollination expertise, and cloning, to develop "WEED" exclusive cannabis seed banks and proprietary strains. WEED plans to conduct Cannabis Genomic studies in both Australia and the USA. WEED researchers will study cannabinoid-based therapies targeting a variety of different medical conditions and disorders through its consulting agreements with Ms. Karen Harland, WEED's lead researcher and scientist in Australia, and Dr. Pat Williams of Sangre AgroTech Labs here in the United States.
The Company intends to return to fully reporting status with the Securities and Exchange Commission and to raise funds to support its activities. To date, no binding agreements have been executed with respect to any of the foregoing, other than the agreements with Ms. Harland and Dr. Williams.
WEEDs goals for 2017 include: Establish a research lab, propagation and cloning rooms in Colorado to support Cannabis DNA sequencing and testing, along with the purchase of Real Estate to secure WEEDs long term commitments in USA; Establish WEED LTD, an unlisted public company, in Australia, where Legal Cannabis became law October 30th. 2016, to begin strain specific, disease specific clinical trials.
