U.S Stock erased early losses to close slightly higher on Thursday, June 16, 2016, snapping out of a five day losing streak amid concerns that the UK could vote in favour of leaving the European Union in the upcoming referendum on June 23, 2016 combined with rising worries about the US economy.
The S&P 500 rose 0.31% to close at 2,077.99, after having declined for the past five consecutive trading days. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 0.53% to 17,733.1, while the Nasdaq Composite moved up 0.21% to 4,844.92.
