04:13 PM EST - Compass Gold Corp. : And Mali Gold Exploration Pty Ltd announced that they have entered into a binding share exchange agreement dated August 23, 2017, whereby Compass will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of MGE in exchange for the issuance of Post-Consolidation Shares of Compass to the shareholders of MGE. As part of the Acquisition, the Company will complete a 5:1 consolidation of its shares. Compass Gold Corp.
