10:23 AM EST - CubicFarm® Systems Corp. : Announced that its ruminant livestock feed subsidiary company, HydroGreen Inc. has signed a Memorandum of Terms with Bar None Dairy, which is a dairy farm based in Helm, California, owned and operated by Pier Van Der Hoek. Van Der Hoek has signed on to purchase six tons of sprouted-grain feed per day from the second phase of HydroGreen's feed facility in Riverdale, California. CubicFarm® Systems Corp.
