03:53 PM EST - Keyera Corp : Announced today the successful completion of the public offering of 8,250,000 common shares, as well as the sale of an additional 1,237,500 Common Shares pursuant to the over-allotment option exercised by the underwriters in connection with the public offering. This brings the total number of Common Shares sold by Keyera in the public offering to 9,487,500.
