(formerly Medna Biosciences Inc.) have mutually terminated their previously announced arrangement agreement dated October 6, 2014, as amended on February 26, 2015, pursuant to which Venturi was to acquire, by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), all of the outstanding securities of Emerald. Venturi Ventures Inc.
shares V.VVV are trading unchanged at $0.15.
