09:55 AM EST - Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. : Announced additional results from the 2016 exploration program on its 100% owned Fox tungsten property, located northeast of 100 Mile House, in south central British Columbia. A program of geology, trenching and approximately 2,330.6 metres of NQ diameter core drilling in 28 holes were completed at the Ridley Creek, BK, BN and South Grid zones. Under the terms of the proposed acquisition, Scottrade Bank will merge with TD Bank, N. A. As of September 30, 2016, Scottrade Bank's tangible book value was approximately $1.3 billion U.S. and it held approximately $13 billion U.S. in cash and securities, $4 billion U.S. in loans and leases and $15 billion U.S. in sweep deposits from Scottrade.
