KB Home (NYSE: KBH), one of the largest and most trusted homebuilders in the U.S., today announced the grand opening of Ladera, a new community in desirable Menifee, California, which boasts beautiful parks, scenic hillside trails and easy access to major highways, making it an ideal hub for outdoor enthusiasts and commuters.
