Online bank Revolut is launching a new cryptocurrency exchange that it says is targeted at “advanced traders.”
Revolut currently offers basic crypto services to its 30 million banking clients. However, the new exchange will offer lower fees and enhanced market analytics that will appeal to more experienced traders and investors.
The digital bank says that fees on the new crypto exchange have been set between 0% and 0.09%, and people will be able to trade using limit and market orders. Limit orders have no fees.
Last December, Revolut suspended cryptocurrency services for its business customers in the United Kingdom, citing new regulations covering crypto promotions.
However, the new cryptocurrency exchange will be available to Revolut’s customers worldwide and open to both institutional and retail investors.
An exact launch date for the new crypto exchange is not yet known
