A volunteer team of developers say they have found 85 critical bugs across 390 Bitcoin (BTC) projects in a little more than a day.
The group of 16 Bitcoin developers have filed 4,962 findings in a coordinated security audit, including 85 critical and 635 high-severity issues related to BTC.
The findings come from an audit run by developers using artificial intelligence (A.I.) models to target Bitcoin wallets and digital asset infrastructure.
The audit of Bitcoin comes after the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization suffered one of its worst exploits ever in recent days.
