Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust (T.AD-UN) Hit a 52-Week High of $24.74. Alaris Equity will release its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, following the closing of regular trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange Thursday, August 6.

AGF Management Ltd (T.AGF.B) Hit a 52-Week High of $21.69. This week, AGF reported total assets under management (AUM) and fee-earning assets of $76.8 billion as at June 30.

Canadian Banc Corp (T.BK) Hit a 52-Week High of $16.70. In June, Canadian Banc declared its monthly distribution of $0.18863 for each Class A share and $0.04958 for each Preferred share. Distributions are payable July 10, to shareholders on record as at June 30.

Canadian National Railway (T.CNR) Hit a 52-Week High of $176.92. CN’s record propane shipments to Watson Island in May highlight the company's improving operational efficiency and its ability to support growing export demand within existing commercial arrangements.

Capital Power Corp (T.CPX) Hit a 52-Week High of $75.68. Capital Power has entered into a long-term (greater than 10 years) Energy Supply Agreement for 250 megawatts of capacity and energy in support of a data centre in Sturgeon County, Alberta being developed by Meta Platforms, Inc.. The load from the project is anticipated to be in service in the back half of 2028.

Caldwell Partners International Inc (T:CWL) Hit a 52-Week High of $1.18. Caldwell today announced the appointment of John Blank as chief operating officer and the establishment of a new regional managing partner structure designed to support the firm's continued growth, strengthen operational effectiveness, and enhance coordination across its global platform.

DATA Communications Management Corp (T.DCM) Hit a 52-Week High of $2.19. DATA today announced that it has acquired Octacom Limited, a leading Canadian provider of intelligent document processing and digital transformation solutions, for $54.0 million on a cash-free and debt-free basis. In addition, the Company has entered into a fifth amended and restated credit agreement with a Canadian chartered bank, which provides for up to $160 million of credit facilities, a portion of which have been used to fund the Transaction.

InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (T.IIP-UN) Hit a 52-Week High of $13.54. InterRent REIT Thursday announced the closing of its previously announced plan of arrangement. Pursuant to the Arrangement, Carriage Hill Properties Acquisition Corp., a newly formed entity, acquired all of the issued and outstanding units of the REIT, other than certain units held by retained interest holders, for cash consideration of $13.55 per unit.

Last month, Canadian Life Companies declards its monthly distribution of $0.10000 for each Class A share ($1.20 annualized) and $0.05833 for each Preferred share ($0.700 annualized). Distributions are payable July 10, to shareholders on record as at June 30.

Canadian Net Real Estate Investment Trust (V.NET-UN) Hit a 52-Week High of $6.71. Last month, Canadian Net Real Estate Investment Trust announced the acquisition of a single-tenant retail property leased to Bureau en Gros (Staples) located at 250 boulevard de l'Hôtel-de-Ville, Rivière-du-Loup, Quebec. The purchase price was $4,430,000 (excluding transaction costs), paid in cash.

Savaria Corp (T.SIS) Hit a 52-Week High of $30.95. Last week, Savaria announced the acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Vipal S.p.A., a manufacturer of residential lifts and elevators based in Ferentillo, Italy.

Sun Life Financial Inc (T.SLF) Hit a 52-Week High of $113.83. Sun Life has been notified that Ocehan LLC has made an unsolicited mini-tender offer to purchase up to 100,000 common shares of Sun Life.

Storm Exploration Inc. (V.STRM) Hit a 52-Week High of 44 cents. Storm Exploration provided Thursday an update on exploration work currently underway at the Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide target on its 100%-owned Gold Standard Project located 60km north of Fort Frances in northwestern Ontario.
