Wells Fargo Falls Despite ‘Get Money Ready’ Release

Wells Fargo (NYSE:WFC) shares sagged Tuesday, on the launch of Get Money Ready, a new digital financial education and coaching platform designed to help individuals build financial confidence, strengthen their financial knowledge, and take meaningful steps toward their financial goals.
The launch comes as demand for personalized financial guidance continues to grow, with the 2026 Wells Fargo Money Study finding that 81% of respondents want to learn new ways of thinking about and managing their money. Demand is even higher among younger generations, with 91% of Gen Z adults and 89% of Millennials expressing interest in new approaches to financial management.
The Get Money Ready platform is available at no cost to both customers and non-customers and is designed to support people at every stage of their financial journey, whether they are managing everyday expenses, saving for the future, building credit, or preparing for retirement.
The new tool creates a customized experience for each user through digitally powered coaching and curated educational content, based on each user’s unique financial goals and priorities.
The coaching tool is designed to:

• Help individuals build confidence through actionable, habit-forming content and clear financial milestones.
WFC fell 92 cents, or 1.1%, to $85.62.
