In FQ1/2025, Oracle posted cloud services revenue growing by 21.3% Y/Y. SaaS has tailwinds as Oracle shifts to the autonomous database where it will achieve tremendous efficiencies. For example, it is moving Fusion and NetSuite to an Autonomous database. This removes human staff managing the Oracle database, saving customers money.
In the artificial intelligence segment, bottom fishers took advantage of Broadcom (AVGO) shares dipping in the last week. AVGO stock rebounded from a $135 low on September 9 to close at $148.21.
